So many ways to serve and none of them wrong. It is little wonder that it can all feel too much excitement for a new slave learning what it is to kneel at My delectable feet. For some, the idea of doing something tangible, something that they can understand from the vanilla-world is the perfect introduction to service. There is no need to embody an entirely new mindset, belief-system or way of living, though these will naturally come in time if your first act of service is to adopt a bill for your FinDomme.
What Does It Mean?
Adopting a bill does not mean you are enabling your Domme to eat, to enjoy the gym, to keep her car on the road or a roof over Her head. This is not about you feeding into the caveman stance of provider and wondering where She would be without you. With or without you, your FinDomme will already have all of these things.
What She is doing however is being kind enough to permit you the chance to associate yourself with one of Her monthly bills and so enabling you to understand how purposeful your life beneath Her can be. It is not that you lay a tribute that fritters away into a nothingness, a void that you cannot comprehend, but instead lets you stand a little taller at knowing your Goddess has had Her life touched by an act of yours. How few men are really able to say that?
The Minefield
The next question of course, on having decided this is how you want to be useful, is to think about which bill you are going to adopt. If you thought getting to this point was tricky, brace, you are now entering ‘The Minefield’!
A slave who chooses to adopt a bill for his FinDomme can choose a multitude of things. Primarily these can be split into two piles:
- Bills of the Vaniila-World
- Bills of Indulgences
The Vanilla Bills
Whether you like to acknowledge it or not, all people including your Domme has the same boring bills to pay that you do. Her water, gas and electric are not free, the car will need to have fuel and be road-worthy and Her rent or mortgage will need to be covered. That is before you begin to think of food, insurances and the dreaded tax bill!
Are you selfless enough to see the delights in being the one to remove these mundane considerations from the life of your Mistress? Can you look at the tribute leaving your hands and feel pride in knowing you are actually doing something that is solely for the benefit of your Mistress instead of focusing on your own guilty pleasures? If so, I am impressed. It is not something done by the many and shows you to have understood what it means to kneel with a selfless heart.
The Indulgent Bills
Other slaves may find that they hunger for more. They want to be the slave who pays for the pamper treatments, high heels, designer dresses and handbags, the holidays, theatre tickets, meals out and bottles of wine. They want to be the slaves who are involved in those moments that could forge memories for their Mistress, knowing they have played a small yet integral part in the moment. These slaves want the thrill of knowing that what they have done will provide opportunities for their FinDomme to smile. If these are things that your FinDomme enjoys (and clearly I do) then a bill such as this can be a real gift for a slave.
A Word of Warning
What is not acceptable however is if a slave becomes blinkered by the bill he has adopted and pursues only his own weak and selfish desires. You may wonder how this is possible, but let Me assure you that it is. A slave who only accepts that his tribute will buy stockings is of limited use – how many hundreds of pairs of stockings does he think I can own and more to the point, how does he think buying Me hundreds of pounds of them a week is going to be for My betterment?!
There is a ceiling to such a thing and whilst having a preference is acceptable, telling your Mistress what She is to spend tributes on in their entirety is not. Allow your passions for your Mistress to burn and attempt to impact upon Her life positively, however you decide to lay tribute without micro-managing.
After all, I manage you, not the other way around!
